Confluence - 2025

In Confluence, the neoclassical piano sounds of Koen Visser merge with the electronic ambient soundscapes of Roman Willems into a unified whole. After 15 years, the childhood friends reunited through music: the album was recorded in a single day, entirely improvised in the studio. Confluence portrays a journey filled with suspense and melancholy, in which two worlds slowly move toward each other and ultimately converge. 

To celebrate the album’s release, they created a live adaptation of Confluence Using a self-designed multi-speaker setup, they performed the album live at Splendor Amsterdam, immersing the audience in a spatial listening experience.
